You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions is prohibited.
You own the content you generate (invoices, contracts, proposals). We provide the tools only — we are not responsible for the accuracy or legal validity of documents you create, or their tax or legal consequences.
You may not use the platform to create fraudulent or forged documents, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, or engage in any illegal activity.
The platform and tools are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
